VistaWEB.com invited to speak at the first-ever
Internet Investment Banking Conference

Bay Head, NJ Feb. 10, 2000 - Donald P. Rinaldi, Chairman and CEO of VistaWEB.com, Inc. will be among the presenters at the upcoming Internet Investment Banking Conference in April. The first of its kind, the IIBC will bring together many of the key players shaping the future of this progressive industry. Mr. Rinaldi's presentation will be entitled "Globalization and Technology Development continues to Revolutionize Online Investment Banking".

Other confirmed presenters include Steve King, President and CEO of E*Offering, Corp.; Amy Butte, Managing Director Financial Technology Research, Bear Sterns; Edward Schmidt, EVP and COO of Shareholderonline.com; Gregg Smith, V.P., Internet Investment Banking for JWGenesis Capital Markets, Inc.; and Elizabeth Murphy, Special Counsel Division of Corporate Finance, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and others.

The two-day conference is scheduled to take place on April 26 and 27 at New York City's Windows of the World. VistaWEB.com is currently negotiating to broadcast Mr. Rinaldi's presentation, following the live event, on its new VistaWEB Broadcast Channel.
