"The United States Securities and Exchange Commission requires the posting of a notice of a private offering in a password protected page by Nustar accessible only to Nustar members who have previously qualified as "accredited investors", "foreign investors" or "sophisticated investors" as such terms are defined in §506 of Regulation D. In order to qualify as an investor permitted to review Nustar's private placement memorandums, you will need to fill out a questionnaire applicable to your status which focuses on either your financial net worth (e.g., accredited investor status), your residence outside the U.S. and its territories (e.g., a non-U.S. or "foreign" investor) or your history and experience of investing in substantial business ventures and other sophisticated financial interests (e.g., sophisticated investor).
