In order to qualify as an investor permitted to review VistaWEB's private placement memorandums, you will need to fill out a questionnaire applicable to your status which focuses on either your financial net worth (e.g., accredited investor status), your residence outside the U.S. and its territories (e.g., a non-U.S. or "foreign" investor) or your history and experience of investing in substantial business ventures and other sophisticated financial interests (e.g., sophisticated investor). Upon qualification in one of these three categories, a response will be forwarded to you by e-mail notifying you of your qualification and providing by e-mail information regarding private placement memorandums which are available through the VistaWEB IPO site.
