If you have previously installed the Active Worlds Browser from this web site, simply activate the program and you will enter VistaWEB WORLD. If you downloaded it from another site, go to the "GATE" and walk through the VistaWEB WORLD gate.

If you don't already have Microsoft's Internet Explorer¨ 3.0, we strongly recommend you download it first. If you prefer another Browser then we recommend you adjust the size to run side by side with the 3D browser.

Downloading the Active Worlds Browser

1. Select "Download the Browser" below, you will see the following box, appear.

2. Select "Open" and OK. After the file has downloaded to your system, you will be walked through the installation process.

3. After the program is installed you will notice the Active Worlds icon on your desktop. Double click the icon to start the program.

4. Because VistaWEB WORLDS is part of a community of worlds, you will need to "immigrate" into active worlds. You are only required to immigrate one time. When the program starts, simply fill in your Email address, citizen name, and password.

5. Once you fill in this information and click on "OK" the immigration process will begin. Your immigration number will be Emailed to the address you specified. You should receive your immigration number within a few minutes. (usually in under one minute) When you receive your immigration number, simply put it in the appropriate box in your Active Worlds immigration box and click on "OK".

Congratulations! You are now a citizen in the most advanced, interactive environments ever created. To enter our custom VistaWEB Virtual World, click on "World" on left side menu, and scroll down to VistaWEB.
