New York/Bangalore, Thursday, April 27, 2006: VistaWEB and ProcSys today jointly announced the unveiling of the VistaWEB Technology Center (VTC),
an unique alliance between VistaWEB Investment Banking, New York, NY, and ProcSys of Bangalore, India. The VTC alliance, premiered under VistaWEB's new signature line... ‘Connecting Capital and Technology©’, will provide its clients a strategic capital advantage leveraged through over three decades of industry experience in Embedded Technologies.

VTC’s services are aimed at bridging the divide between capital funding and the demand for single window solution for startup as well as established product development companies and the availability of skills, knowledge and experience through an efficient engagement model

ProcSys, which is the technical arm of the venture has been in operation for the last three decades and has built a team with exposure to most of the prevalent tools, technologies and all important interoperability protocols and norms in the electronic product space. In Physical Product Development, VTC offers its services in Concept to Realization, Module/Sub Product Design/Reengineering, FPGA Design, Board Design and Mechanical/Industrial Design.
